The Sacrament Meeting page gives the bishopric a clean layout for Sunday's program. Add hymns, prayers, presiding and conducting, announcements, and agenda blocks such as a baby blessing, confirmation, or testimony meeting. The Speakers list lets you track who is speaking, their topic, and when they last spoke.
1. Create or open a sacrament meeting
Open Sacrament Meeting from the bishopric workspace. The current Sunday is shown by default. You can also look ahead to future weeks or back at past programs.
Sacrament meetings are listed by date, with the current Sunday first.
2. Fill in the program
Add the opening and closing hymns, the sacrament hymn, who is presiding and conducting, and any special announcements. Use agenda blocks for items like a baby blessing, a confirmation, stake business, or a testimony meeting.
The program builder includes hymns, prayers, and special agenda blocks.
3. Add speakers and topics
Click Speakers to manage the list. Add each speaker, choose the type (Adult, Youth, Missionary, High Council), enter an optional topic, and drag them into the right order. The app shows when each person last spoke.
Speakers can be adults, youth, missionaries, or high council, or other visitors.
4. Print the speaker list
Open the Speakers list and click Print for a clean, filterable list.
