WardLeadership is a private, invite-only workspace for your bishopric and ward council. Everything you enter should stay appropriate for a leadership coordination tool: agendas, assignments, meeting schedules, and follow-up reminders. Do not enter confidential, worthiness-related, financial, membership council, or official membership record information.
1. Sign in and join your ward
When you first sign up, you will either create a new ward or request to join an existing one with an invite code. If you create the ward, you are set as the bishop and given a code to share with your leadership. If you join an existing ward, the bishopric reviews your request before you get access.
The ward onboarding screen lets you create or join a ward.
2. Pick your workspace
After you are approved, the sidebar shows a Workspace selector. Switch between Bishopric Meeting Agenda and Ward Council. The menu updates to show only the tools that matter for that workspace. For example, callings and sacrament meeting are only visible in the bishopric workspace.
Use the workspace selector to switch between Bishopric and Ward Council.
3. Read the dashboard
The dashboard shows the meetings, tasks, and interviews that need attention this week. It is a quick snapshot, not a full record. Click any card to open the detailed page.
The dashboard surfaces the most important items for the week.
What each role can see:
- Bishopric members (bishop, counselors, clerk, executive secretary) can see callings, interviews, sacrament meeting, notes, needs, pipelines, ward calendar, and key management.
- Ward Council members can see ward council discussion topics, tasks, needs, notes, the ward calendar, and Submit Name.
